Dinner at Bambara Cambridge with my Wing Women!

A few weeks ago I received an email from Birchbox & Benefit saying I had been selected to host a Beauty Bash for 5 of my wing women to celebrate They're Real Mascara & Push Up Liner and National Wing Women Weekend! Of course, I was beyond excited. Who doesn't love a party? Birchbox & Benefit sent over a box of goodies including lots of a samples, gift bags, tissue paper, coasters, and more! Basically everything I needed to host the ultimate Beauty Bash.
We secured a reservation at the newly renovated Bambara Cambridge at the Hotel Marlowe. Mo, Rachel, Laura, Katherine, Georgina and I all had a great time chatting, laughing, drinking, and of course talking beauty over delicious food. Each of the girls went home with a gift bag filled with Benefit swag, and some little extras from me including fun bracelets, sweet treats, and washi tape. Anything for my wing women, right?
The food at Bambara was incredible! We enjoyed a dip trio with pita chips, deliciously hot chick pea fries, pickled beets, and marinated olives to start. The chick pea fries were incredible, if the waiter had not told us they were chick pea I would never have known! I also ordered the tuna tartare and found it to be smooth and flavorful with the addition of avocado puree, ponzu dressing, and sriracha sauce. After dinner Bamabara treated us to dessert; the lemon pound cake with berry compote had my name all over it! It was moist and buttery with just the right hint of lemon. I can't wait to venture back and explore the rest of the menu.
