Shopping & Sips at Foxwoods
11:04 AMI was in dire need of a getaway when the team at Foxwoods Resort Casino invited me to spend the day at Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods. Spending the afternoon shopping for new fall threads and enjoying cocktails at a resort casino is right up my alley!
We went shopping for sweaters at Tanger Outlets where we browsed stores like H&M, J.Crew, Coach, Fossil, LOFT Outlet and more. I scored nearly a dozen sweaters for under $150. There were some amazing deals that Saturday!

After shopping we headed to Cedar's where we created our own signature cocktails over apps and snacks. I created what I called the Christmas Hangover; muddled rosemary, lime, gin, tonic water, and splash of Grenadine. Following the Sweater Weather event I stuck around for Fest at Fox where I sampled an assortment of craft beers, went bowling at High Rollers Luxury Lanes & Lounge (fun fact, I'm terrible at bowling), and ended the night with dinner at Cedar's.
It was an amazing way to spend a Saturday and I am really looking forward to returning to Foxwoods to explore the rest of the resort casino. In fact, I will be back this weekend to celebrate a friends wedding and I hear DJ Diesel (AKA Shaquille O'Neal) and Steve Aoki will be spinning. It's sure to be another fun weekend at Foxwoods!
