Xtend Barre Challenge: 20 in 30

8:10 AM

It's challenge time babes! With sunny days among us it's the perfect time to join me in committing to 20 classes in 30 days at Xtend Barre! Why commit to a barre challenge? Here's why I'm participating...

There's no better way to start (or end) a day than with a workout. It not only gets your blood flowing, and is great way to kick start your metabolism, but a great class with a killer instructor can do wonders to set a positive tone for the day. After class with Andrea Saturday morning I left feeling energized and ready to tackle just about anything.

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. It's going to hurt, your legs are going to shake, but let me tell you it will all be worth it! Barre pushes your muscles to the point of fatigue to allow them to really take shape and tone. After participating in my last challenge, I was seeing visible results by the final week. At the end of those 30 days your body will feel stronger, more capable, and ready to take on whatever may come your way.

Mix and mingle with an inspiring new community. After the first week you start to recognize some of the other participants and get to know the instructors in the studio. Participating in this challenge is a great way to connect with likeminded and motivated individuals. I'm lucky enough to have made some great friends along my fitness journey, among them Xtend Newbury studio owner, Amanda. You never know who you'll meet at the barre!

If you're not sure barre is for you, your first class at Xtend is free! You can use code STYLEWIRE to book your first class on me. Plus, there are going be some fun prizes and giveaways along the way! I hope to see you a the barre! The challenge kicks off this Saturday, April 29th!
