Adding Flavor to My Lunch Break with Perrier

I have to say, not working a traditional 9-5 during the summer was the best decision I ever made! And not just because I love spending my days exploring new corners of the city, hanging out on chic city roof decks, and meeting new people; But because I get to enjoy al fresco meals in new neighborhoods while I’m out and about. There's no such thing as a typical work day for me anymore; some days I'm working from home, others I'm trekking all over the city.

Take this beautiful sunny day last week for example; it started with a coffee meeting at 10am, a second meeting at 11:30am, yet another meeting at 2pm. I was starving after such a busy first half of the day so I bought a boatload of fries, picked a little shady corner on some steps just off of Boylston Street and enjoyed my very-adult-lunch of french fries and a Strawberry Perrier (they also have lime, apple, watermelon, and of course classic sparkling)!

Obviously, it's the peak of summer here in New England so staying hydrated while I'm out and about is essential but let's face it, plain water is just plain boring! Lately I've been grabbing a can of Perrier's Strawberry Sparkling Water to sip on at lunch time and it's made my adventures throughout the city much more flavorful to say the least! After that quick break it was back on the streets; one more client to visit, a quick stop at the library to check my email, and onto an evening cocktail event.

We live in such a gorgeous city and the summer is by far, the most enjoyable time of the year in New England. We all have busy lives, but it drives me nuts when people insist on taking their lunch breaks in the office or at their desk. Regardless of your day job, grab a Perrier and take a step away from the computer, Bostonians! It will be there when you get back, I promise.
