Monday Motivation with Amazfit

11:50 PM

Lately fitness has been a really important part of my life; after losing my job, having minor surgery, and ending a relationship, moving my body and caring for my mind has become a priority. I've dedicated myself to daily yoga practice at YogaWorks Back Bay and a couple of times a week I'm tacking on a spin class at Recycle Studios or a barre class at Xtend Barre Newbury and it's made a huge difference in my quality of life and my ability to cope with all of the things that are being thrown my way.

That's not to say staying motivated isn't a challenge, it most definitely is. I dread the sound of my alarm blaring each morning that I have to wake up before 8 a.m. for class. And somehow, even though I do it time and time again, it doesn't get any easier. However, at the end of the day, I'm always happy I got up and went to class and I always feel good that I started my day with a little movement.  That feeling, plus the vibration of my Amazfit Equator activity monitor vibrating to tell me I've reached my daily step goal is one of the best feelings. The Amazfit is a high style activity monitor that sells for just under $80 and is just what you might be looking for when it comes to that extra bit of accountability of your daily activity.

No fuss, no frequent charging; just insights into your daily activity and sleep quality on a really modern, minimal, and quite beautiful piece of jewelry. It stays charged for up to 10 days, is water resistant up to 3 feet, and offers calorie count, step count, and sleep insights on a really simple to navigate app. Set your step goal and the Equator will vibrate when you've met your step goal (you can also set it to vibrate when your phone rings!). Whether fitness is just something you're starting to explore or something your body craves, this small but mighty tracker will keep you on track to your goals and feeling accomplished at the end of the long day.

And I have to tell you, I look forward to that moment of accomplishment every day. Cause sometimes you fall over when you get into your crow pose or your legs feel like jello at the barre, but your tracker can remind you that even though it wasn't your best class, it was a class and you're still meeting goals left and right! If you need a workout buddy, please direct message me on social media or email me! I have guest privileges and I'd love to get a workout in with YOU! (P.S. If you hurry you can get 20% off you own Amazfit tracker with code FINDYOURFIT until 4/2!!)
