Midweek Beauty Regimen

12:25 PM

Once a week I like to take some time for myself and settle onto the couch with my Netflix and a few of my favorite products. Sometimes I switch it up, and take a bubble bath or paint my nails, but it almost always consists of a face mask and cuticle treatment. Lately I've added some new products to the mix and I wanted to share...

Juice Beauty Green Apple Peel: I've mentioned this product before (Pro-Tip Tuesday: Mask It!) and it's totally my go-to face mask. It's also available in a sensitive skin formula for those who find peels like this too harsh. I initially tried the sensitive skin formula and upgraded to the full strength which I didn't find harsh or irritating at all.

Ioma Soothing Leg Gel: This leg gel is a nice treat after an especially long day on your feet or for my Texas gals on those especially hot days. It's formulated with menthol and instantly soothes and cools upon application to refresh tired legs. It leaves legs feeling silky, not sticky and the menthol smell doesn't linger.

Sally Hansen Cuticle Eraser + Balm: I carry this little tub of cuticle cream in my purse and I absolutely love it. A little goes a long way, and it melts into your skin. I love how a little cuticle cream instantly makes your hands and nails look much neater.

The Body Shop Lip Scuff: I love this stuff. One of my girlfriends let me try hers and I immediately ran out and bought a tube. It's a moisturizing stick loaded with exfoliators to gently remove flakes and dead skin while leaving your lips soft. Perfect for cleaning up your lips before applying bold lipstick and during the dry winter months.

What products do you like to use as a midweek pick-me-up?

Disclosure: I was given a complimentary a bottle of Ioma's leg gel for review purposes, all opinions expressed are my own and based on actual use of the product.
